What My Clients Are Saying
Polly helped me accomplish something I've been wanting to do for several years in less than 3 months. If you feel stuck in life, she'll help you get unstuck. I could tell from the moment I met her that she genuinely cares. It's definitely reflected in my personal results. I highly recommend working with her.
Polly has been a true god-send for our family. She is so attentive and available to help my daughter. My daughter asks me when she gets to see her next. Polly has helped teach me parenting tools specific to my daughter and what she is going through. She is professional and incredibly kind. She has provided so many resources for me and my daughter. I don’t know what I’d do without her guidance. She is so attentive and creative and really knows how to connect with my daughter and me. I am continually surprised by her ability to connect and truly be there for our family.
When I first went to Polly a little over a month ago, I was in a dark place mentally. After just one session with Polly, I felt empowered and ready to conquer my fears. She's provided so many resources and guidance during my short time with her. She's very attentive and very easy to talk to. I look forward to continuing my mental health journey with Polly!
Polly is a wonderful and caring individual. She has helped me significantly with family trauma. I would highly recommend her for any life circumstances that you have!!
Polly is absolutely amazing. She answers her phone calls/texts quickly. So much wisdom and incredibly uplifting. Highly recommend
I was devastated when Russia invaded Ukraine as I have family in both countries. It is the biggest stress I have ever had in my life and all I was able to do is to cry. After the first session with Polly, I was able to gather myself up. Now I can work, study and most important to help victims of the war and to support other people. I can only do that much, but it is more than doing nothing. Polly is very helpful and inspiring.
My 8 year old daughter had been having some struggles with behaviors at school and dealing with her dad and my divorce. Also trying to adjust to two different homes and the whole co-parenting dynamic and figuring things out within our (new) family structure. Polly has been a great help to all of us! She has a way of getting to the heart of the matter and getting on your level, whether you are an adult or child. My daughter's behavior has greatly improved and she loves going to visit with Polly each week! I would highly recommend Polly as a therapist to anyone seeking some help navigating tough life issues!
